Training Plan Management

We are offering a year round training plan management with monthly checkins with our coaches, including a personalized schedule and quarterly goal setting sessions built with skier input.

This can be offered as a stand alone for skiers who are training on their own or at a discounted rate if you are participating in a Skicraft season.

Training plan management and tracking requires a Training peaks account and skier logging of workouts.

Methods and Research

We are using the Canadian Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) Research as the basis for our training methods.

The Skicraft program fits into the "Train to Train" stage, which is a critical time for skier to build on their skill acquisition and set long term goals.
